1.Click "create Invoice"-button
2. Set client, due date, your ref and our ref
3. Set bank account. If none, add one and enter your bank details.
4. Set time period of the work and set project.
5. Add Items. You can add as many as you want. The system will calculate total sum on invoice, including any discount or tax rate you may add.
6. Add any additional notes to the client and let them know how to pay the invoice
7.Click "save and send". A new window pop ups where you can send the Invoice. Make sure to add a message to the client and check the "Attached Invoice PDF" to send the Invoice to the client.
Congratulation! You have now sent your first invoice
- If you want to see how the invoice is going to look like before sending, click the "Save as Draft".
- You can then preview it before sending, or export it as a PDF or Print it.
